Testimonials – the double-edged sword of the hospitality industry.
We greatly appreciate when members, guests and other visitors to Cherry Blossom Golf Club take the time to let us know they had a pleasurable experience here.
That doesn’t mean we’ll rest on out laurels. It only makes us more determined to makes sure the next person through the door is equally satisfied.
“Played this course for $18 on a golfnow hot buy. Best deal available. Huge GPS monitors on carts. Greens were in great shape, fairway grass was cut short with a substantial length rough. Tee boxes were excellent. The only weak part was the practice range, not many targets, but the tee area of practice range was as good as tee boxes on the course. Overall this is one of the best kept public courses I have played. Tuesday afternoon finished in 2:50 in a twosome. Would definitely play again.”
“We make a trip to Kentucky at the end of every February. We’ve played lots of courses, and though all are a little different, CB is as good as any. The pro made us feel welcomed. A great testimony to the course condition is that we arrived in Lexington the evening before and it poured, really poured most of the night. We really didn’t intend to play golf because we thought the course wouldn’t be open. However, we wanted to see the layout, so we drove onto the property to see it. We saw the creek was full and there was some understandable wet spots, but amazingly, the overall condition wasn’t bad at all. If the course was in that good a shape in the end of February with all that rain, I assume it is an excellently maintained course with exceptional drainage. Play it if you’re in the area. You won’t regret it. Nice mix of long, medium, short holes with nice risk/reward factors.”
“This is no doubt one of the best public courses in the state. Everything about this course was absolutely perfect. The staff was friendly, the greens were smooth and fast, the fairways were cut short, and the tee boxes were perfect. The GPS system on the carts is another bonus that adds to this course. Quite a few high dollar homes surround the course but most of them are far enough away from the course so that you shouldn’t hit one. I will definitely be returning.”
“Golf course was in great condition for playing in November. It was a great day for golf with temps in the 70’s. Fairways and roughs were in great condition. The greens were a little slow, soft and bumpy but not bad for late fall. We had a great day and we decided to go back there again today.”

“Chose to play over watching the pros on TV and it was a great decision. Received an email for a discounted round and jumped on it. Friend and I played in just under four hours. Had to wait a little but we were only two in our group. Staff was awesome, course was in great shape, had a good day.”

“Over-all the course was in great shape at my visit, Pace of play was under four hours and not having to scout around for yardage makes the round so much more enjoyable.”
